Participation in this consultation is open, on equal terms, to natural or legal persons with the capacity to supply papers and certain printing inputs.
The supply, which is the subject of this consultation, is financed by the Autonomous Budget of the University of Dschang (FUNCTIONING BUDGET) for the 2024 Financial Year.
The Call for Quotation Document can be consulted free of charge during working hours, at the Rectorate of the University of Dschang (Door No. 114), Tel/ 675 94 69 50; P.O. Box: 96 DSCHANG, upon publication of this notice in the written press and Bill Boards on the premises of the UDs, upon presentation of a payment receipt of a non-refundable sum of-fifty thousand (50,000) CF A Francs, payable in a BICEC Branch to the Special Account CAS- ARMP N°335 988 38001-76", representing the purchase cost of the file.

Bids written in French or English, in seven (07) copies, including the original and six (06) copies, marked as such, conforming to the requirements of the Call for Quotation File, must be submitted to the SIGAMP of the University of Dschang no later than 13/05/2024 at 9:00 a.m.
The delivery period shall not exceed two (02) weeks, from the date of notification of the Supply order prescribing the start of the execution.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid caution receipt of six hundred and eighty thousand (680,000) CFA francs issued by a Financial Institution approved by the Minister of Finance. The validity of this deposit shall be one hundred and twenty (120) days from the deadline for submission of bids.
Under penalty of rejection, the required administrative documents must be produced in originals or certified copies by the issuing service, in accordance with the listing provided for in point 3.1 of Call For Quotation rules. They must be less than three (03) months old.
Any bid that does not comply with the requirements of this notice and the Call for Quotation file will be declared inadmissible, in particular the absence of the bid deposit receipt issued by - a Financial Institution approved by the Minister in charge of Finance, non-compliance with the models of documents in the Call for quotation, a false declaration, a falsified document will result in the rejection or elimination of the bid without any recourse.
Bids will be opened on 15/05/2024 at 10 a.m. prompt, in the Conference Hall of the Rectorate of the University of Dschang, by the Internal Commission for Public Contracts Award of the University of Dschang, sitting in the presence of bidders who wish to do so or their duly mandated representatives who have a perfect knowledge of the bid for which they - are responsible.
