Individual Consultant will be selected based on qualification in terms of academic background, specific experience in evaluation of projects, knowledge of local conditions in North West Region ofCameroon and language.
The criteria for evaluation of curriculum vitaes is as follows

REQUIRED SKILLS of Individual Consultant and sub-criteria:
General qualification
■ At least a Masters degree in Rural Deveiopment, Agricultural Economics, Development Economics/Pianning,Economic or any oilier relevant university degree
■ A minimum of 10 years* relevant experience undertaking evaluations is required Adequacy for the assignment
■ Extensive knowledge of result-based management evaluation and participatory monitoring and evaluation methodologies and approaches.
■ Substantive Specific experience in evaluating similar development projects, particularly Livestock and Fisheries related projects.
Experience in the North West Region of Cameroon
■ The individual consultant to show proof of having carried out similar projects in the North West Region of Cameroon Language Requirements:
■ Fluancy in written and spoken English
■ Knowledge ofpidgin English shall be an added advantage

After opening and evaluation of CVS,the first ranked qualified Individual Consultant will be invited to submit a technical and financial proposal based on the attached terms of reference.
A contract will be negotiated between the consultant and the LIFIDEP Project.
