The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Buea hereby launches Urgent Open National Invitation to Tender No.011/UONIT/TB/UB/21 of 28/12/2021 for the Provision of Catering Services to the Students of the University of Buea

2.Consistance des prestations New(Additif)

The services include provision of breakfast, lunch and supper to students of the main campus of the University of Buea till the end of the financial year as follows:

Only lunch is subsidized by the University and the students each pay 100 (one hundred) FCFA.

5.Participation et origine New(Additif)

Participation in this invitation to tender is open to all Cameroon based qualified registered enterprises that must have proven expertise in the domain of catering.

6.Financement New(Additif)

The services which form the subject of this invitation to tender shah be financed by the budget of the University of Buea, 2022 financial year, Programme 244 Article 244623, Paragraph 670040.

upon presentation of a receipt of a non-refundable payment of the sum of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) CFA francs, payable at special ARMP account N°. 97568660001-28 at BICEC.

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (7) copies including the original and six (6) copies marked as such, should reach the Development Office of the University of Buea, in Room 211 of the Central Administration Building not later than 12.noon on 19/01/2022. The bids should be addressed to The Vice-Chancellor, University of Buea, P.O. Box 63, Buea. The khaki brown envelope containing the bids should be marked on the top right hand corner:

10.Delai de Livraison New(Additif)

The maximum deadline stipulated by the Project Owner or Delegated Contracting Authority for the delivery of these services is the end of this financial year, 2021.

11.Cautionnement Provisoire New(Additif)

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry of Finance of an amount of 2,000,000 (two million) CFA francs, valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids. See Document 12 of Tender file.

12.Recevabilité des Offres New(Additif)

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (7) copies including the original and six (6) copies marked as such, should reach the Development Office of the University of Buea, in Room 211 of the Central Administration Building not later than 12.noon on 19/01/2022. 13.Ouverture des Plis New(Additif)

The bids shall be opened in a single phase. The opening of administrative, technical and financial bids will be on 19/01/2022 at 01:00 p.m local time by the University of Buea Tenders Board in the Board Room of the Central Administration Building.

Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person.

15.Attribution New(Additif)

The contract shah be awarded on the basis of the lowest bid fulfilling the technical and financial conditions.

16.Durée Validité des Offres New(Additif)

Bidders will remain committed to their offers for 90 days from the deadline set for the submission of bids.
