The Mayor of the Munlcipality of MANJO, Owner launches a Notlce of Consultation for the realisation of water supply ln municipal city (lot 01) and municipal hotel (lot 02) in MANJO council, Moungo Division, in the LITTORAL Region. 

• Geophysicalt studles;
• Works of foration;
• Construction of the castle;
• Equipment of the boring with solar panel;
• Installation of facllities Tests of pumping;
• Installation of the pump;
• Construction of tank of 7,5 m3;
• Animation and formation of a Commlttee of Management of the Point of water and the repairing craftsman. 

The estimated cost all taxes lncluded of the operation following prior studies stands at 48 374 574 Francs CFA. 

The work subject of thls tender wlll be subdlvlded ln two lot:

• Lot 01: Water supply to the municipal clty for an amount of 24 437 712 FCFA;
• Lot 02 : Water supply to the municipal hotel for an amount of 23 936 862 FCFA; 

Participation in this tender is open only to companies that have been called to submlssioned and who have the experience in the water work. 

The work under this invitation for bids are funded by FEICOM and MANJO Council budget year 2026. 

The Tender File may be consulted during worklng heurs at the general secretariat in MANJO Council, from thls notice publication. 

The file may be obtalned at the general secretariat in MANJO Council, counter payment to the treasury a non-refundable sum of 75,000 (seventyfive thousand) Fcfa.

The period of works subject of thls Tender ls 90 days for the two lots. This maximum perlod of works lncludes the periods of rain and bad weather and all the varlous constralnts, and runs from the date of notification of the service order to start work.

Each bidder must lnclude ln his administrative documents, a bid bond is.sued by a first rate bank approved• by the Minlstry ln charge of Finance featuring on the list in document 12 of the tender file of an amount of 967 491 Fca. and valld for thlrty (30) days beyond the original date of the validity of the offers. 

Under penalty of rejeclion, administrative documents required will always be produced ln orlginals or ln certified true copies by the issuing service or a competent administrative authority ln compliance with Special Conditions of the tender file, valid less than three (03) months or after the signature date of tender file notice. Any incomplete Bid in compliance with the prescriptions of thls Tender File shall be declared Inadmissible. Including the absence of the bid bond lssued by a first-cfass bank approved by the Mlnlstry in charge of finance or the disrespect of tender file documents, will cause the rejection of the offer. 

The bids shall be opened ln a single phase. The opening of the administrative document, technical and financial off ers wm take place on ,19 AOUT 2026 at 11 am by the Internai Committee's Tenders Board ln conference room ln the presence of tenderer or his duly authorized representative.

The Mayor of MANJO Councll shall award the contract to the lowest bidder who sha'ii have submitted the administrative ançl teçhnical offers in compliance with specifications of the Tend'er File.

NB: none enterprise can be attributed more than one lot of work 

Bidders will remaln committed to their offers for ninety days (90) from the deadline set for the submlssion of tenders.
