IN THE BANA COUNCIL, UPPER NKAM DIVISION, WEST REGION IN EMERGENCY PROCEDURE

The Works shall be in two (02) lot

Participation in this Invitation to tender is opened to ail Cameroonian enterprises having skilis in the fleld of buildings and public Works and which justify adéquate skills in the area concerned disposing the attestation de catégorisation (cas échéant).

Works subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the Public Investment Budget Ministry MINADER exercise 2026.

The maximum exécution deadilne provided for by the Project Owner for the exécution ofworks subjectofthls tender shall be three (03) months

Each biddermusî include in his administrative documents, a bid bond(certify chèque) ofthe Bana council name an amount of 300 000 CFAF for the lot1 and 300 000 CFAF for the lot2 and valid forthlrty (30) days beyond the original date ofthe validity of the offers, Under pain of being rejected, the Provisional bid bond required shall be produced in original,

The Contract will be awarded to the tenderer whose offer;

- administrative will be deemed compilant;

- technique will be deemed compliant and will have received a "yes" percentage greaîer than or equal to 70%;

- financial after corrections in accordance with the provisions of the RPAO of the sub-detalls of the unit prices, the unit price schedule and the estimated quote, will be judged to comply with the provisions of the CCTP and classified as the least distant.

The contracting authority will award the contracte to the bidder whose bid is evaluated to be the least cost, fulfilling the technical and financial capacities required. Bidders who présent anormally low bids would be disqualified following régulation in place which prescribes obtention the expertise of Public Contract Regulatory Agency (PCRA) after seeking xplanation from the bidder concerned. The successfui bidder isinvited to présent as soon as possible after signing of the award décision, than within seven days and under penalty of annulment of that décision awarding the Private Secretary of the Mayor of BANA for the establishment and the subscription of its market. Fallure to appear, the contract Is awarded to the next.
