The services of this contract comprise notably: For the supply of furnitures and furnishing equipment for the Tombel Council Hotel (refer to bill ofquantity).

The estimated cost after preliminary studies is seventy two million six hundred and twenty one thousand five hundred and sixty nine (72,621,569) FCFA.

The supplies are divided into one (01) single lot.

The tender is open to duly Iegalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender

The maximum period provided for the execution of the works by the Authorizing Officer is fixed at: Two (02} months.

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first­rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document N°. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of Seven hundred thousand CFA francs for each lot, if need be. lt is set et 2 % of the estimated amount, all taxes inclusive of the contract in accordance with the Order in force, the Contracting Authority] and valid for thirty (30) days beyond the date of validity of bids.

"TO BE OPENED ONLY DURING THE BID OPENING SESSION

The bids shall be opened in a single phase. The opening of the administrative documents, the Technical and Financial offers will take place on the 21/04/2026 at 11 AM local time, at the Conference Hall of office designated by the Contracting Authority (Tombel Council Hall), by the Tombel Council Internai Tenders Board. Only bidders may attend or be represented by duly mandated persons of their choice.

Any bid not meeting with the requirements of the tender file will be declared inadmissible.

The eliminatory criteria are identified as follows:

Absence of bid bond.

False declaration or falsified document.

Non-compliance with major technical specifications of the supply ((to be listed);

Absence of administrative documents

False declaration or forged documents in the tender files

Absence of a Bid Bond or False Bid Bond.

Technical Marks less than 70%.

Absence of prospectus accompanied by the technical sheets from the manufacturer.

Absence of agreement or authorization from the manufacturer, where applicable.

Absence of a legalized copy of an authorization to distribute medical Equipment signed by

the Minister of Public health.

13.   MAIN QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

The criteria relating to the qualification of candidates could indicatively be the following:

The non-respect of two (02) criteria out of seven (07) shall cause the elimination of the bid.

The contract shall be awarded to the bidder with the least financial offer having the technical and administrative files which are in conformity with the tender document/file.

Bidders shall be bound by their bids for a period of ninety (90) deys with effect from the date of opening of bid.
