1. Within the framework of the 2026 PUBLIC INVESTMENT BUDGET, the Mayor Tiko Council hereby launches an Open National Invitation to Tender (BY EMERGENCY PROCEDURE) FOR THE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTRE MISSAKA VILLAGE.
The works comprise the outcome of the preliminary studies carried out and the detailed information provided in the technical specifications as follows,
LOT 100: PRELIMINARY WORKS
LOT 200: EARTH WORK
LOT 300: FOUNDATION WORKS
LOT 400: MASONRY - ELEVATION WORKS
LOT 500 :ROOFING AND CEILING
LOT 600 : CLAIDING
LOT 700 : METAL WORK/WOOD WORK
LOT 800: PLUMBING /SANITATION
LOT 900: ELECTRICITY
LOT 1000: PAINTING
LOT 1100: EXTERNAL WORKS.
LOT 1200 : MANAGEMENT OF SOCIO AND
ENVIRONNEMENTAL ASPECTS.
The estimated cost after preliminary studies is 50 000 000 FRS

Participation is open to duly legalized Cameroonian enterprises that fulfill the requirements of this invitation to tender.

The bids shall be opened in a single (01) phase on the 09 OF _04_2026 at 11:00 am local time by the Tiko Council Internai Tenders Board in the Conference Hall of Tiko Council.
Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person.
Eliminatory Criteria
· In case of absence or nonconformity of an administrative document, the bidder will be given 48 hours to produce or replace the document in question.
