The City Mayor of the Bamenda City Council (hereinafter referred to as"the Client")received from the AFD in accordance with resolution no. C20231311 of the AFD Foreign States Committee dated December 13, 2023 a grant in accordance with AFD CONVENTION N°CCM 1819 01T of June 12, 2024 and intends to allocate part of the financing to payments relating to the Contract for which this request for proposal is issued.
