Within the framework of improving crop evacuation in Ndian and Lobe Estates, the General Manager of Pamol Plantations Pic hereby relaunch an Invitation to Tender By Mutual Agreement for the supply of four (04) Tractor Heads and Two (02) Six (06) Tons Trailers to Pamol Plantations Pic.
The services of this contract comprise notably: (supply of equipment, transportation, handling, setting up and acceptance, as specified in the technical specifications).
The estimated cost alter preliminary studies is =140.715.000= (one hundred and forty Million seven hundred and fifteen thousand) Francs CFA.
The supplies shall be in single lots, defined as follows:
· Supply of four (04) Tractor Heads =124,020,000=- (one hundred and twenty-four million twenty thousand) Francs CFA.
· Supply of two (02) Tractor Heads = 16,695,000 = (sixteen million six hundred and ninety-five thousand) Francs CFA
Participation in this invitation to tender is open to local selected enterprises with experience in the supply of heavy farm equipment.
The Supply which comprise the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by PAMOL budget 2025.

The maximum deadline provided for the delivery of the supplies comprising the subject of this invitation to tender is thirty (30) days from the date of notification of Service Order ta Commence.
Bidders must include in their administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry of Finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the Tender File, of an amount of =2.814.300= (two million eight hundred and fourteen thousand three hundred) francs CFA.

The bids shall be opened in a single phase on 20/02/2025 at 12: 00 noon, local time by the Pamol Internai Tenders Board situated at Pamol KARATA Junction, Limbe office. Only bidders may attend or be represented by a duly mandated person
The Evaluation of offers is based on the following:
14.1 Eliminatory criteria
Bids shall be rejected when:
· Absence of bid bond,
· They do not have complete and valid administrative documents,
· They do net have complete Technical / Financial Offers,
· They do net conform to the Technical Specifications,
· They have falsified documents,
· They do not show proof of experience in the supply of heavy farm machines.
· They do not meet at least four out of five of the essential criteria
· Absence of quantity unit price
Non-compliance with the Tender Notice.
· Absence of prospectus accompanied by Technical specification
· Absence of agreement or authorizetion from manufacturer where applicable

Any bidder with e complete Administrative offer, who meets up with the technical specifications in accordante with the Tender file and with the lowest financial offer shall be awarded the contract.
Bidders will remain committed ta their offers for Thirty (30) days from the deadline set for the submission of bids.
