construction of two{02)bor6hol6s equipped with ahuman powered pumpin the localities ofDJIREIB HAMIT
(Lot 1) and DJODA (Lot 2) ofDARAKCouncil, Logone and Char! Division, Far-North Région.

The main woks concern:
- Studies and site installation ;
- Dfiiiing;
- Drillingéquipement;
- développement and pumping test ;
- water analysis and treatment ;
- Realizatîon of the superstructure ;
- Realization of the fence ;
- Intailation of the human motor pump
- Trainlng of the Management Commitlee ;

Eslimated costin Fcfa eight million and five hunddred thousand (8 500 000) at each lot.

NB: Contractors can submit as many lots as they wish

Participation in Ihis tender isopen on equal terms with companies under Cameroonian law, justifying the
technical capacities and financial resources to carry eut the work covered by this tender.

Supplies which form the subject of this invitation to tender shall be financed by the PIB-MINEE for 2025

The File may be consuited during working hours at the DARAK Council in DARAK.

The file may be obtained from the DARAK Council as soon as (hîs notice is published against paymenl in the
DARAK Municipal Receipt of a non-refundable sum of thirty thousand {30 000) F CFA.

Each offer drafted in English or in French in seven (07) copies including the original and the five copies
marked as such, shoul^^ deposit against a receipt duly signed in secretary of secretary of the Mayor of DARAK
Council not later of 05/02/2025 at 1 a.m o'clock (local time) and should carry the inscriplion:

005/ONIT/DARAK-C/ITB/2025 OF 13/01/2025 FOR THE COSTRUCTION IN AN EMERGENCY PROCEDURE OF TWO (02) BOREHOLES EQUIPPED WITH A HUMAN POWERED PUMP IN THE LOCALITIES OF DJIREIB HAMIT (Lot 1) AND DJODA (Lot2) OF DARAK COUNCIL, LOGONE AND CHARI DIVISION, FAR-NORTH REGION.

The deiivery deadilne provided by the Contracting Authority three months from the notification date of service
order to beginning work,

Under pain of been rejected, only originals or true copies certified by issulng service or administrative
documents authorities of the administrative document required, including the big bon must imperatively be
produced in accordance wilh the spécial conditions of the invitation to tender. The most obligatorily not be order
than three (03) monlhs or must not be produced after the signing of the tender file.
Each bidder must include in his administrative documents a bid bon issued by a first rate-bank approved by
the ministry of finance featuring on the list in document 9of the tender file of amount of three hundred and forty
thousand ( 340CDD CFA) francs CFA per lot.

Any offer not in conformity with the prescriptions of this notice and tender file shall bed eclared inadmissible.
Especially the absence of a bid bond issued by a first-rate bank approved by the ministry of Finance or the nonrespect
of the models of tender file documents shall lead to a pure and simple rejection of the offer without any
appeal being entertained.

The bids shall be opened (n single and will be 05/02/2025 at 2p.m local time by the
DARAK Internal Tender Board in the meeting room of DÂRAK Council
Only bidder may attend or be duly represented by a person of theîr choice you have a perfect Knowledge of offers.

a) Main eliminatory criteria:
-Offers incomplète;
-Offers non-compliancè to the invitation tender;
•Misrepresenlation;
-Technical file incomplète;
-Non- compliance of the technical offer to the invitation tender technical spécification;
-Presence of the financial information offer in the administrative or technical offer;
-Presence of dismissed contracting by ARMP;
-As being abandoned a project before.

b) Main technical qualification criteria:
-The means materials and équipaient essentiel to the company
-Net tending (Certificate of financlal, Turnover) and references

Bidders will remain committed to their offers for 90days from thedeadiine set for the submission

DDWE of Logone and Chari in Kousseri.
