Le Ministre des Travaux Publics communique :

Conformément aux dispositions du code des marchés publics et en application de la lettre N° 03468-26/L/PRC/MINMAP/SG/DGMI/ DMTR/CE1 du 15 mai 2026, l’Appel d’Offres National Restreint N° 085/AONR/MINTP/CIPM-TCRI/2025 du 08 octobre 2025, pour le contrôle technique et la surveillance des travaux de construction d’un bac et de ses voies d’accès sur la rive gauche du fleuve Sanaga, dans la commune de Mouanko, Département de la Sanaga Maritime, est annulé.

Le présent Communiqué sera enregistré et publié partout où besoin sera.

FINANCING: MINTP BUDGET – ROAD FUND LINE, 2025 AND 2026 FISCAL YEARS

The Minister of Public Works announces :

In accordance with the provisions of the public procurement code and pursuant to letter No. 03468-26/L/PRC/MINMAP/SG/DGMI/ DMTR/CE1 of May 15, 2026, National Restricted Call for Tenders No. 085/AONR/ MINTP/ CIPM-TCRI/2025 of October 8, 2025, for the technical control and supervision of the construction works of a ferry and its access roads on the left bank of the Sanaga River, in the commune of Mouanko, Sanaga Maritime Department, is canceled.

This Communiqué will be recorded and published wherever necessary.
