THE PRESIDENT OF THE STEERING COMMITTEE OF THE PPRD,
Mindful of     the Constitution;
Mindful of    Law N° 2018/011 of 11 July 2018 to lay down the Cameroon Code of Transparency and Good Governance in public finance management;
Mindful of    Law N° 2018/012 of 11 July 2018 relating to fiscal regime of the State and other public entities;
Mindful of    Law No. 2025/012 of 17 December 2025 Finance Law of the Republic of Cameroon for the 2026 Financial Year;
Mindful of    Decree No 2011/412 of 09 December 2011 reorganizing the Presidency of the Republic;
Mindful of    Decree No 2011/408 of 09 December 2011 organizing the Government;
Mindful of    Decree No 2013/271 of 05 August 2013 modifying and completing certain dispositions of Decree No 2012/074 of 08 March 2012 creating, organizing the functioning of Tenders Boards of public contracts;
Mindful of     Decree No 2012/075 of 08 March 2012 creating the ministry of public contracts 
Mindful of    Decree No 2012/076 of 08 March 2012 modifying and completing certain dispositions of Decree  No 2001/075 of 08 March 2012 modifying and completing certain dispositions of Decree ; 
Mindful of     Decree No 2018/366 of 20 June 2018 to institute the Public Contracts Code;
Mindful of     Order No 075/CAB/PM of 30 July 2024 on the reorganization of Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North West and South West Regions;
Mindful of     Order No 327/A/MINMAP of 14 November 2024 creating a Special Tenders Board within the Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North-West and South-West Regions;
Mindful of     Order No 21/CAB/PM of 21 March 2024 to appoint the Chairman of the Pilot Committee of the Presidential Plan for the Reconstruction and Development of the North West and South West Regions;
Mindful of    Circular No0001877/C/MINFI of 31 December 2025 bearing instructions on the implementation of finance law, monitoring and control of the execution of the budgets of the state and other public entities for the 2026 fiscal year;
Considering     Open national invitation to tender (emergency procedure) NO10/ONIT/PPRD/STB/2026 of 2026 for the rehabilitation of the Muambong - Abang road, Kupe Muanenguba, South West Region.
Considering    Letter NO035/L/STB-PPRD NW-SW of 14 April 2026 from the President of the Special Tenders Board.
                                HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1: Open national invitation to tender (emergency procedure) NO10/ONIT/PPRD/STB/2026 of 2026 for the rehabilitation of the Muambong - Abang road, Kupe Muanenguba, South West Region is declared unsuccessful.
Article 2: The decision shall be registered and published in the public contracts logbook and wherever need be.
