L'ouverture des plis se fera en un seul temps.
L'ouverture des offres (administratives, techniques et financiöres) aura lieu le 15/04/2026 å 13 heures par la CIPM de I'HGOPED, dans la Salle des Réunions de L'Höpital Gynéco-Obstétrique et Pédiatrique de Douala.
Seuls les soumissionnaires peuvent assister å cette séance d'ouverture ou s'y faire représenter par une personne de leur choix ayant une parfaite connaissance du dossier et dument mandater.

13. Bids opening
Bids shall be opened in one phase
In any case, the opening of the administrative documents and technical bids financial [administrative, technical and financial bids in the event of one-phase opening, shall take place on 15/04/2026 at 1 p.m. time specified by the Project Owner or the Delegated Project Owner's Tenders Board in room acts located at The Douala Gynaeco-Obstetric and Pediatric Hospital (DGOPH) Only bidders may attend this opening session or be represented by a single duly authorised person of their choice, even in the case of a group of enterprises.
