Article 1: The purpose of the ADDENDUM is to modify the Section 11 and 13 corresponding to bid submission and opening dates as follows:

Section 11(Former): Submission of bids

Each bid drafted in English or French in seven (7) copies including the original and six (6) copies marked as such, should reach TIKO Council, Service for award of contracts not later than 09/04/2026 at 10 a.m. o’clock and should carry the inscription:

 Section 13 (Former): Opening of bids

The bids shall be opened in a single phase on the 09/04/2026 at 11 a.m. o’clock local time by the TIKO Council Internal Tenders Board in the Conference Hall of the TIKO Council Town Hall situated at TIKO Town.

Only tenderers may attend this opening session or be represented by a single person of their choice, duly authorised, even in the case of a group of companies.

Section 14 (New): Opening of bids

The ADDENDUM sets the new bid opening date in a single phase on the 24/04/2026 at 11 a.m. o’clock local time by the TIKO Council Internal Tenders Board in the Conference Hall of the TIKO Council Town Hall situated at TIKO Town.

Only tenderers may attend this opening session or be represented by a single person of their choice, duly authorised, even in the case of a group of companies

Article 2: the rest of the Tender Notice No. 002 /ONIT/TIKO COUNCIL/TCITB/2026 OF 10/03/2026 FOR THE THE CONSTRUCTION WITH PAVEMENT OF A STRETCH OF ROAD IN MUTENGENE FROM ENTRANCE TO BOBGA STREET BUEA ROAD TO THE ENTRANCE OPPOSITE FORMER PMUC LIMBE ROAD 0.570 KM. (IN EMERGENCY PROCEDURE) remains unchanged.
