THE GENERAL MANAGER,


Mindful of     Law No 2017/011 of 12 July 2017 General Rule and Regulations governing Public Corporations;

Mindful of     The Status of Aéroports Du Cameroun S.A.;

Mindful of    the Concession Agreement on airport management and operation, signed between the State of Cameroon and Aéroports Du Cameroun S.A.;

Mindful of     Resolution of the Extraordinary Board Session of 15 June 2009 to appoint the Director General of Aéroports Du Cameroun S.A.;

Mindful of    Decree No. 2018/355 of 12 June 2018 to lay down common regulations applicable to public establishments contracts;

Mindful of     Resolution No. 007-137th Session of the Board of Directors of 13 November 2025 to adopt the Manual of applicable rules for the Procurement of Aéroports Du Cameroun S.A.;

Mindful of    Resolution No 003-89 th Session of 30 August 2018 on the creation, organization and functioning of the Internal Tenders Board of Aéroports Du Cameroun SA;

Mindful of    Resolution No 004-89 th Session of 30 August 2018 on the creation, organization and functioning of the Committee for the Examination of Requests of Waivers of Certain Procurement Procedures within Aéroports Du Cameroun SA;

Mindful of    Circular No. 002/CAB/PM of 31 January 2011, on the improvement of performance of the Public Contracts system in its provisions non repugnant to Decree No. 2018/355 of 12th June 2018 to lay down common regulations applicable to public establishments contracts;

Mindful     The correspondence No. 002/ADC/PCA/cm of 7  January 2025, of the President in charge of the Committee for the Examination of Requests of Waivers, authorizing the mutual agreement contract ;

    Considering the correspondence No. 004-26/ADC/PCA/CEDD/cm of 19  February 2026, of the President in charge of the Committee for the Examination of Requests of Waivers, relating to the change in the legal status of the successful bidder awarded the above-referenced contract ;
        HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS: 
ARTICLE 1 – The provisions of decision No 0034-26/ADC/DG/DG.M of 14 January 2026 to award the contract for the rehabilitation works of the hydraulic power plant at Yaoundé-Nsimalen International Airport have been revoked.
ARTICLE 2 - This Decision shall be registered and communicated where and when necessary./.
