B : Offre technique incomplète pour absence de l’un des éléments ci-après :

- N’avoir pas présenté un Chef de Mission suivante :

- Diplôme universitaire de niveau BAC+5 en Génie Informatique ou Génie Industriel ou Génie Mécanique ou Génie électromécanique ou Génie électrique ou Génie électrotechnique ou Génie électronique, ayant au moins huit (08) années d'expérience générale, et ayant effectué au moins un (01) projet au poste de Chef de Mission dans le domaine de la construction ou de l’entretien ou de la gestion technique ou de la maintenance des équipements de pesage et inscrit à l’ordre de son domaine de compétence ou,

- Diplôme  universitaire de niveau BAC+5 en Génie Informatique ou Génie Industriel ou Génie Mécanique ou Génie électromécanique ou Génie électrique ou Génie électrotechnique ou Génie électronique, et ayant au moins dix (10) années d'expérience générale, et ayant effectué au moins un (01) projet au poste d’Ingénieur de Suivi dans le domaine de la construction ou de l’entretien ou de la gestion technique ou de la maintenance des équipements de pesage et inscrit à l’ordre de son domaine de compétence  ; 

Attribution

Le marché sera attribué au soumissionnaire présentant l’offre financière évaluée la mieux-disante et remplissant les critères administratifs, techniques et financiers requis.

B : Incomplete technical offer due to absence of one of the following elements:

- Not having presented a Mission Head with the following qualifications:

- A university degree, GCE A/L+5 years, in one of the following fields: Computer Engineering; Industrial Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Electromechanical Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Electrotechnical Engineering; Electronic Engineering, with at least eight (8) years of general experience, and having carried out at least one (1) project as a Mission Head in the field of construction or upkeep or technical management or maintenance of dynamic weighing equipment and registered with the professional body is his area of expertise or,

 A university degree, GCE A/L+5 years, in one of the following fields: Computer Engineering; Industrial Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Electromechanical Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Electrotechnical Engineering; Electronic Engineering, with at least ten (10) years of general experience, and having carried out at least one (1) project as a Monitoring Engineer in the field of construction or upkeep or technical management or maintenance of dynamic weighing equipment and registered with the professional body is his area of expertise; 

Contract Award

The contract shall be awarded to the best offer who meets the relevant financial, technical and administrative requirements.
