The Supplier concerned, should contact the General Manager of Pamol Plantations Pic, as soon as possible, comply to Article 18(d) of the Tender File, collect Letter of Notification of the award and ais° draw up the Contract for the execution of the suppiy.
Suppliers not retained, are requested by this notice to retrieve their tender documents within fifteen (15) days from date of this publication. Failure which the said documents shah! be disposed of without further notice.
This communique further serves as notice to release Bid Bonds of candidates related to the above tender, not retained.
