HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:Article 1: That SAMSYTECH COMPANY CAMEROON Tel: (+237) 672 24 97 71 is awarded the Contract N°003/C/BCC223/SG/DTS/SIGAMP/2026 for the maintenance of some earth roads within Bamenda Mezam Division in two lots (Lot: 2) worth One hundred and seventy-two million nine hundred and forty-four thousand (172,944,000) Francs CFA inclusive of all taxes.Article 2: That SAMSYTECH COMPANY CAMEROON will execute the works in three (03) calendar months as from the date of notification of the service order to start the services.Article 3: That the drafting and the formatting of the documents constituting this Contract are ensured by the Contracting Authority and the reproduction of the present Contract in eight (08) subscribed copies is the responsibility of the Contractor.
