HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:Article 1: That KAPLAN ENGINEERING, P.O. Box 5082 Nkwen, Tel: 674 574 568, is awarded the Jobbing Order N°002/JO/BCC223/SG/DTS/SIGAMP/2026 for the control and supervision of the works of maintenance of earth and tarred roads in Bamenda Mezam Division.

Contract Value: forty million (40,000,000) Francs CFA inclusive of all taxes.Article 2: That KAPLAN ENGINEERING will execute the control and supervision for five (05) calendar months as from the date of notification of the Service Order to start work.Article 3: That the drafting and the formatting of the documents constituting this contract shall be done by the Contracting Authority and the reproduction of the present contract, in eight (8) subscribed copies is equally at the charges of the Contracting Authority.
