HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:Article 1: That EST NJANKA CONSTRUCTION LTD Tel: (+237) 694 99 73 73 / 675 34 55 63 / 333 09 31 23, is awarded the Contract N°004/C/BCC223/SG/DTS/ SIGAMP /2026 for the construction of three (03) bore holes at Nitop IV Mankon, Asaba Nsongwa and Ntahfor Nkwe in Bamenda municipality.

Contract Value: Seventy-nine million nine hundred and ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-eight (74,999,998) Francs CFA inclusive of all taxes.Article 2: That EST NJANKA CONSTRUCTION LTD will execute the works in three (03) calendar months as from the date of notification of the service order to start the services.Article 3: That the drafting and the formatting of the documents constituting this Contract are ensured by the Contracting Authority and the reproduction of the present Jobbing Order in eight (08) subscribed copies is the responsibility of the Contractor.Date: Bamenda, the 24 JUIN 2026
