HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS

:Article 1: That FORBAN & SONS COMPANY Ltd, P.O. Box 535 Bamenda, Tel: 677 23 28 01 is awarded Contract N°005/C/BCC223/SG/DTS/SIGAMP/2026 for the REHABILITATION OF THE NDZAH WATER SUPPLY in Bamenda III Sub Division.

Contract Value: 249,246,000 CFA francs inclusive of all taxes. (Two Hundred and Forty-Nine Million Two Hundred and Forty-Six Thousand)Article 2: That FORBAN & SONS COMPANY Ltd will execute the works in five (05) calendar months as from the date of notification of the Service Order to start work.Article 3: That the drafting and the formatting of the documents constituting this contract shall be done by the Contracting Authority and the reproduction of the present contract, in eight (8) subscribed copies is equally at the charges of the Contracting Authority.
