MINDFUL of Law No. 2009/011 of 10th July 2009 relating to financial Regime of Regional and Local Authorities;

MINDFUL of Law No. 2009/019 of 15th December 2009 on Local Fiscal System;

MINDFUL of Decree n°2018/366 of 20th June 2018 instituting the public contracts code;

MINDFUL of Decree No. 77/91 of 25th March 1977 to determine the Supervisory powers over Councils, Council Unions and Council Establishments and its subsequent Amendments;

MINDFUL of Decree No. 2005/104 of 13th April 2005 re-organizing the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralization;

MINDFUL of Decree No. 2008/021 of 17th January 2008 creating the Bamenda City Council;

MINDFUL of Decree No. 2008/376 of 12th November 2008 relating to the Administrative Organization of the Republic of Cameroon;

MINDFUL of Decree No. 2008/377 of 12th November 2008 defining the powers, duties and organizing the Services of Heads of Administrative Units;

MINDFUL of Decree No. 2019/612 of 10th November 2019 to convene the electorate for the election of members of the National Assembly and Municipal Councilors;

MINDFUL of the minutes of the maiden session of the Bamenda City Council Board, held on the 18th February 2020;

MINDFUL of Ministerial Order No. 000280/MO/MINDDEVEL of 6th March 2020 establishing the election of MR ACHOBONG TAMBENG PAUL as the City Mayor of Bamenda City Council;

Considering the Open National Invitation to Tender No.008/ONIT/BCC/ITB/2026 of 26/03/2026 for the extension of electricity with a three-phase transformer to Ntahfor Quarter in Nkwen Bamenda III Sub Division.

HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:

Article 1: That the Open National Invitation to Tender No.008/ONIT/BCC/ITB/2026 of 26/03/2026 for the extension of electricity with a three-phase transformer to Ntahfor Quarter in Nkwen Bamenda III Sub Division whose deadline for submission of bids was schedule for 24th April 2026 has been declared unsuccessful.

Article 2: That the said Open National Invitation to Tender will be relaunched subsequently.
