ARTICLE 1: That, pursuant to articles 9 (b) and 94 of the Public Contracts Code, JOBBING ORDERS FOR THE REHABILITATION AND EXTENSION OF BAINGO WATER SCHEME BELO SUB DIVISION – BOYO DIVISION – NWR Following Open National Invitation to Tender has been awarded to the under mentioned enterprise.
