ARTICLE 1: That, pursuant to articles 9 (b) and 94 of the Public Contracts Code, JOBBING FOR PROVISION OF FOUR (04) GRINDING MILLS TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IN ACHA AND KITCHU VILLAGES - BELO SUB DIVISION., Following Request for quotation has been awarded to the under mentioned enterprise.
