AN ADDENDUM
Considering the Publication of the tender file related to REQUEST FOR QUOTATION NO:001/RQ/KC/KCITB/PIB-MINSANTE-2026 OF 02/04/2026 FOR THE SUPPLY OF EQUIPMENT TO FUNCTIONAL LITERACY CENTERS IN THE KUMBO COUNCIL AREA, BUI DIVISION NORTH WEST REGION UNDER EMERGENCY PROCEDURE, the Lord Mayor (Contracting Authority) of Kumbo Council, hereby makes an addendum to extend the submission dateline to enable contractors build up their files and furthermore call on all interested companies to purchase the tender file and submit their offers as follows

Au lieu de ... The bids shall be opened in a single phase. The opening of the administrative documents, the Technical and Financial offers will take place on the 29/04/2026 at 11:00 AM local time, in the conference hall of the Kumbo Council. Only bidders may attend or be represented by duly mandated persons of their choice who have knowledge about the bids |
