ADDITIONAL CLAUSE NO.02                   Bearing on the annulment of the tender files   No. 15/RFQ/BIIC/BIICITB/MINDDEVEL/PROLOG/NWR/2025 OF  10/10/2025 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A GUTTER AND CULVERT BELOW PSS MANKON IN BAMENDA II COUNCIL AREA, MEZAM DIVISION OF THE NORTH WEST REGION BY EMMERGENCY PROCEDURE.                                   AND No. 16/RFQ/BIIC/BIICITB/MINDDEVEL/PROLOG/NWR/2025 OF 10/10/2025 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF GUTTERS FROM NTAMBENG JUNCTION TO YAMAHA JUNCTION IN BAMENDA II COUNCIL AREA, MEZAM DIVISION OF THE NORTH WEST REGION BY EMMERGENCY PROCEDURE.          The state of Cameroon represented by the Mayor of Bamenda II Council (CA) named as  «Administrator » Hereby decides as follows Article 1.  The present additional clause has as objective the Annulment of   No. 15/RFQ/BIIC/BIICITB/MINDDEVEL/PROLOG/NWR/2025 OF 10/10/25 and No. 16/RFQ/BIIC/BIICITB/MINDDEVEL/PROLOG/NWR/2025 OF 10/10/2025                                           WHICH NOW READS No. 15/RFQ/BIIC/BIICITB/MINDDEVEL/PROLOG/NWR/2025 OF  10/10/2025 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A GUTTER AND CULVERT BELOW PSS MANKON AND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF GUTTERS FROM NTAMBENG JUNCTION TO YAMAHA JUNCTION IN BAMENDA II COUNCIL AREA, MEZAM DIVISION OF THE NORTH WEST REGION BY EMMERGENCY PROCEDURE. Article 2. That all bidders in possession of their tender file should report at the secretariat of the Mayor/SIGAMP for further instructions upon publication of this note. Article 3. That the opening times remain unchanged as in the tender files while submission of bids REMAIN the 04/011/2025 at 10:00am Article 4. That this present additional clause is issued to serve the intended purpose.
