As part of the implementation of the Public Investment Budget for the year 2026, The Mayor of Babadjou council, Contracting Authority, launches a notice of request for acquisition of inputs for the REFORESTATION AND RESTAURATION OF 35,31 ha OF DEGRADED LANDSCAPE OF 3 VILLAGES BALEPO, BAMELO AND BAWA IN THE BABADJOU COUNCIL, BABADJOU DIVISION, WEST REGION.

The supply to be delivered is defined in the Bill of Quantities and estimates as follows in the 3 villages. The surface area estimated is more than 20ha. The total is 35,3 ha according to the spacement of plants. 

The estimated cost of the operation following prior studies stands is (fourty nine Million) 49 000 000 CFA Francs

The DC constitute one lot

Participation in this tender is open on equal terms, to Cameroonian law firms who can respect the tender condition

Benefits, subject of this Tender, is funded by the Climate window opened by FEICOM.

However, online submission is subject to the payment of Tender File purchase fees

The maximum period of performance provided by the Contracting Authority for the implementation of the project is one four (04) months as from the notification of the order of service startup for each lot.

Under penalty of dismissal, each bidder must join its administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a Bank of first order or an insurance approved by the Ministry of finance of an amount equal to 245 000 (Two hundred and  fourty five thousand) CFA francs, valid for thirty (30) days, beyond the original date of the validity of offers

The tenderers remain committed to their offers during a one hundred and twenty (120) days deadline as from the deadline fixed for the reception of the offers inadmissible, especially the failure models of parts of the Tender File, will result in rejection of the offer

The bids shall be opened in single phase and shall take place on 20/07/2026..at  10 Am by the Project Owner or Delegated Project Owner Tenders Board in the in the meeting room of the Bamboutos Divisional commission of Public contract. Only tenderers may attend this opening session or be represented by a person of their choice, duly authorised, even in case of a group of companies. Under pain of being rejected, the required administrative documents must be submitted in originals or copies certified by the issuing service or the relevant administrative authority, in accordance with the provisions of the Special Regulations of the invitation to tender. They shall be no later than 3 (three) months old from the original deadline for the submission of tenders or must have been issued after the date of signature of the Tender Notice. 

In case of absence or non-conformity of a document in the administrative file during the opening of bids, after a 48(forty-eight) hours deadline granted by the Board, the file shall be rejected

Eliminatory Criteria

·         Absence of Bid Bond at opening of bids;

·         Failure to submit, beyond the 48(forty-eight) hours deadline after the opening of bids, a document of the administrative file deemed non-compliant or absent (except the bid bond);

·         False declaration, fraudulent schemes falsified or forged documents ;

·         Absence in the technical bid of the declaration of the non-abandon of works

·         Omission of a quantified unit price in the financial bid;

The contract will be awarded to the bidder with The Cheapest
