 THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT  TO THE INTEGRATED HEALTH CENTRE NFAICHANG, UPPER BANYANG SUBDIVISION

The Amount of the project after preliminary studies is fixed at Ten million (10.000.000) FCFA

Participation in this invitation is open to registered qualified contractors of the Republic of Cameroon with financial ability, technical and professional expertise in medical equipment Supplies

The supplies, subject of the present Request for Quotation, shall be financed by the Public Investment Budget 2026.

              The Amount of the project after preliminary studies is fixed at Ten million (10.000.000) FCFA.

The Quotation can be consulted and obtained as from the date of publication of this invitation to tender, at the Tinto Council Contracts Office, MINMAP Manyu or ARMP Buea. The file may be consulted during working hours at the Tinto Council Chambers (Tinto Town), MINMAP Manyu or ARMP Buea  as soon as this notice is published.

With effect from the date of signature of this quotation upon presentation of receipt attesting to the payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand (20,000) CFA francs, payable at the Municipal Treasury Tinto. A copy of the receipt showing payment of the fee shall be attached to the Quotation

The bidder shall submit 01 original (indicated as such) and 04 copies of the bid in English or French at the Secretariat of the contract unit of the Tinto Council office against a receipt on or before 21/04/2026 at 9 am. The outer envelope shall bear the inscription:

The offers or bids submitted after the stipulated deadline shall not be received.

The maximum deadline provided by the project owner for the delivery of the supplies is One (01)

Month

Each bidder must include in his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first-rate banking establishment approved by the Ministry in charge of finance and whose list is found in document No. 12 of the tender file, of an amount of Two Hundred Thousand (200 000) CFA francs a validity period for Thirty (30) days from the date they opened

                      Bid shall be rejected when:

Ø  The lack or non conformity of bid security;

Ø  False declaration or forged documents;

Ø  They are incomplete or for non conformity of  administrative documents;

Ø  Incomplete Technical or financial Documents;

Ø  Technical characteristics which are not in conformity with those specified in the special Technical conditions.

Envelopes A and B shall be sealed. Each envelope shall be marked “ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENTS or TECHNICAL/FINANCIAL” respectively.  The two envelopes shall be placed in a third envelope brown, sealed and carrying the following inscriptions:

Bid shall be rejected when:

Ø  The lack or non conformity of bid security;

Ø  False declaration or forged documents;

Ø  They are incomplete or for non conformity of  administrative documents;

Ø  Incomplete Technical or financial Documents;

Technical characteristics which are not in conformity with those specified in the special Technical conditions

The Tenders Board shall propose the award of the contract to the bidder, whose bid would have been deemed compliant with the provisions of the request for quotation, is the lowest

Bids shall be valid for 30 days
